为了提高金属针布齿条坯片的轧制质量,必须要求轧辊具有较好的质量和精度.归纳了硬质合金轧辊损伤、失效的形式及其形貌,分析了其损伤和失效的诱因,从轧辊材质、拆装、修磨、检测、润滑、轧制工艺、轧头配合精度、轧机操作规范及技巧等方面总结了减少轧辊损伤的措施,着重指出降低轧辊消耗是降低高轧成本的关键所在,轧辊修护和轧机操作细节、润滑条件、轧头结构及精度是减少其损伤的关键.
