Comprehensive assessment modal of tunnel fire safety was established based on fuzzy mathematical fundamentals and the method of Set-Valued statistics. Factor weights were defined by delfei experts method and Set-Valued statistics method. The result was processed by maximum membership grade. It point out this model was simple and application. This model can provide some guidelines for control designs of tunnel fire and fire fighting in tunnel.
