针对典型的酒精蒸馏五塔工艺流程及蒸馏过程各物流的组成、压力、温度等工艺条件,分析模拟计算的热力学方法和热力学数据,结果表明,本文所选用的热力学方法SRKM、IDEAL、NRTL及物流组分交互作用参数均适用于酒精蒸馏五塔工艺流程,各工艺物流的模拟数据与设计数据最大误差均小于4.5%,模拟值与设计值比较吻合,不超出设计误差(10%)的限度.
針對典型的酒精蒸餾五塔工藝流程及蒸餾過程各物流的組成、壓力、溫度等工藝條件,分析模擬計算的熱力學方法和熱力學數據,結果錶明,本文所選用的熱力學方法SRKM、IDEAL、NRTL及物流組分交互作用參數均適用于酒精蒸餾五塔工藝流程,各工藝物流的模擬數據與設計數據最大誤差均小于4.5%,模擬值與設計值比較吻閤,不超齣設計誤差(10%)的限度.

For the typical process flow of five towers and its component, pressure, temperature, thermodynamic equilibrium equations and thermodynamic data for ethanol distillation process simulation were analyzed and determined. The simulation results show that the SRKM, IDEAL and the binary interaction data parameters for the NRTL were feasible to simulate the ethanol distillation process. The simulation results were in good agreement with the design data of the ethanol disti]Jation process with five towers, and the relative errors were less than 4. 5%.
