设计合成了荧光传感分子α-呋喃甲醛缩间苯二甲酰腙(m-PB-Fu),应用吸收和荧光光谱研究其在乙腈中对过渡金属离子的响应.结果表明,m-PB-Fu的吸收光谱对Cu~(2+)、Hg~(2+)和Pb~(2+)均有响应,配位能力相近,对Zn~(2+)、Ni~(2+)和Cd~(2+)响应则很弱;但它的荧光发射光谱对Cu~(2+)表现出高选择性响应,荧光增强达100倍.初步探讨了受体分子与Cu~(2+)结合模式与荧光增强原因.

A novel bis(furan-2-ylmethylene)isophthalohydrazide(m-PB-Fu) was designed and synthesized.Its structure was characterized by IR and NMR.m-PB-Fu was studied on its capability to recognize transition metal ions via its absorption and fluorescence spectra.It was found that m-PB-Fu was coordinated with Cu~(2+),Hg~(2+) and Pb~(2+) to a similar extent in the ground state,whereas its fluorescence showed a highly selective response to Cu~(2+) only.In an acetonitrile medium Cu~(2+) could induce a dramatic enhancement of m-PB-Fu 100-fold.The mechanism for fluorescence enhancement of m-PB-Fu by Cu~(2+) was briefly discussed.
