目的 分析正常儿童汉字自动加工和控制加工的事件相关电位(event-related potentials ,ERP)波形的特征,探讨正常儿童汉字识别及理解的神经机制.方法 8岁组儿童35名,11岁组儿童40名,采用汉字控制及自动加工任务两种刺激任务分别对儿童进行检测, BESA软件提取ERP进行比较分析.结果 ①行为学结果显示:2组反应时比较自动加工[8岁与11岁分别为:(710.61±136.16)ms, (516.52±75.38)ms]均快于控制加工[分别为:(898.87±129.63)ms,(810.12±93.41)ms],差异有显著性(P<0.01).②8岁与11岁儿童的汉字自动与控制加工ERP潜伏期比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).③8岁与11岁儿童自动加工二类字组的N2波幅[分别为:(-11.54±5.77) μV,(-9.65±4.23) μV]明显低于控制加工任务[分别为(-19.55±10.29) μV,(-17.87±7.60) μV],差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论 本研究提示N2是与语义加工强相关的ERP成分,并且随着投入注意资源量的增多波幅增大,其波幅的变化可以用来衡量人们语义处理时投入的注意资源的多少.

Objective To analyze the feature of ERP in children evoked by Chinese characters automatic and controlled processing,and to explore the process of Chinese characters recognition and mechanism of semantic processing. Methods 75 pupils were divided into four groups ,which were investigated respectively , using Chinese characters as visual stimulus,ERP for detection and analysis. Results 1.Behavioral result:reaction time of automatic processing [( 710.61±136.16)ms, (516.52±75.38)ms]was faster than that of controlled processing[898.87±129.63ms,810.12±93.41ms] in two age groups,and the differences have statistical significance(P<0.01). 2.Latency of automatic and controlled processing was no significantly difference in two age groups(P>0.05). 3.Amplitude of controlled processing N2 [(-19.55±10.29)μV,(-17.87±7.60)μV]was significantly larger than that of automatic processing N2[(-11.54±5.77)μV,(-9.65±4.23)μV] and the difference have statistical significance in two age groups(P<0.01). Conclusion This study suggests the N2 is strongly related with semantic processing , and amplitude increased with inputing attention resources.And the amplitude changes can be used to measure the number of attention resources in semantic processing.
