作为高校贫困生资助的基础工作之一，贫困生资格认定工作历来广受关注。本文在分析高校贫困生资格认定工作现状和问题的基础上，提出了建立贫困生动态管理体系、创新贫困生认定形式、加强诚信教育、建立监督机制等改进高校贫困生资格认定工作的建议。

As one of the basic work of the financial aid for college poverty-stricken students, the identification of poverty-stricken students has always been widely noticed. Based on analyzing the current situation and problems of the identification of college poverty-stricken students, this paper proposes such suggestions to improve the identification of college poverty-stricken students as the establishment of dynamic management system for pover-ty-stricken students, innovative identification form of pover-ty-stricken students, strengthening the honesty and credit edu-cation, and the establishment of monitoring mechanisms.
