[目的]研究云芝漆酶的生物降解和染料脱色作用.[方法]以云芝HS-03发酵后所得漆酶粗制品,对麦草和锯末进行生物降解,并对几种常用染料进行脱色研究.[结果]结果表明:漆酶粗制品与纤维素酶、木聚糖酶协同作用大大提高了木质纤维素降解率,比单一组分酶获得还原性糖含量提高5~6倍.漆酶粗制品具有广谱的脱色作用,尤其对孔雀石绿、RB亮蓝的脱色率都超过了85%,脱色较为彻底,脱色高峰期为48~72 h.[结论]该研究可为废水染料脱色提供理论基础,为漆酶在水处理工业产业化中的应用提供强有力的依据.

[Objective]This research aimed to study the biodegradation and dye decolourization for laccase produced from Trametes versicolor.[Method]Crude laccase from T. versicolor HS-03 was used for the biodegradation of wheat straw and sawdust,and the decolourization of different molecular structure type's dye.[Result]It was indicated that the crude laccase raised the lignocellulose biodegradation efficiency which was about 5-6 doubles.Crude enzyme has wide spectrum decoloured function,especially the decoloring rate of malachite green,RB bright blue was over 85%.The rush hour of decolourization was 48-72 h.[Conclusion]This study could provide theoretical basis for dye decolourization of waste water,and provide strong references for the application of laccase in water treatment industry industrialization.
