针对四个空气弹簧支撑的隔振平台自动调平系统产生误差的原因进行了较全面地分析.从倾角传感器本身精度、安装误差、零漂及温漂、气动滞后性、电磁阀响应频率等方面对调平系统精度的影响进行了详细介绍,并最终定量地给出了这些因素造成的误差.最后针对上述误差及其产生的原因提出了相应的补偿对策,进而为提高空气弹簧隔振平台调平精度探测出一条有效途径.
針對四箇空氣彈簧支撐的隔振平檯自動調平繫統產生誤差的原因進行瞭較全麵地分析.從傾角傳感器本身精度、安裝誤差、零漂及溫漂、氣動滯後性、電磁閥響應頻率等方麵對調平繫統精度的影響進行瞭詳細介紹,併最終定量地給齣瞭這些因素造成的誤差.最後針對上述誤差及其產生的原因提齣瞭相應的補償對策,進而為提高空氣彈簧隔振平檯調平精度探測齣一條有效途徑.

The reasons of the errors of the automatic leveling system in vibration isolation platform supported by four air springs is analyzed The leveling precision of the air spring vibration isolation platform influenced by precision of tilt angle sensor, zero excursion and temperature excursion of the sensor, installation of the sensor and response frequency of solenoid valve and so on are described detailedly, and then the errors caused by these factors were put forward quantitatively. It explored a effective approach for improving leveling precision analysis of the air spring vibration isolation platform.
