以黄花青花菜杂种1代无菌试管苗茎段为材料,进行增殖、生根、移栽等试验.结果表明:茎段增殖的适宜培养基为MS+0.2 mg·L(-1) BA+0.01 mg·L~(-1) NAA,增殖系数为2.95,苗质量等级为1.67;诱导生根的适宜培养基为1/2MS+0.2 mg·L~(-1) IBA,生根率为94.45%,苗质量等级为3.00;长势良好的植株,株高4-5 cm,根数4-5条,根长2-3 cm,移栽至泥炭土:蛭石:河沙=1:1:1的混合基质中,成活率达83.33%.

The in vitro cuttings of F1 hybrid of yellow-flower broccoli (Brassica oleracea L. var. italica Phenck) were used as the materials for the studies of proliferation, rooting, and transplanting of micropropagation in broccoli. The results showed that the best medium for proliferation was MS with 0. 2 mg·L~(-1) BA and 0. 01 mg·L~(-1) NAA, the mean coefficient of proliferation was 2. 95, the quality of seedling grade was 1. 67; the appropriate rooting induction medium was 1/2MS with 0. 2 mg·L~(-1) IBA, the rooting rate reached 94. 45%, and the quality of seedling grade was 3. 00. In the well-growth plantlets, the average plantlet height was between 4 and 5 cm, the average root number was between 4 and 5, and the average root length was between 2 and 3 cm. When the plantlets were transferred into the mixed media (peaty soil, vermiculite and sand), and the survival rate was up to 83. 33%.
