为了研究爆炸箔厚度与其电爆性能的关系,以及爆炸箔厚度对冲击片雷管感度的影响,对5种不同厚度的爆炸箔进行了试验.研究结果表明:在1.3kV和1.5kV的充电电压下,厚度为4.0μm以下的爆炸箔的电爆性能好于4.0μm以上的爆炸箔;爆炸箔厚度对爆发时间和冲击片雷管感度有显著影响,本试验中,使用3.5μm和4.0μm爆炸箔的冲击片雷管起爆能量最低.

In order to study the relation between the thickness and the electrical explosion perfonmnce of exploding foil,and the influence of the thickness of exploding foil on the sensitivity of slapper detonator,five exploding foils with different thickness were tested.The result indicates that the exploding foil with thinner thickness than 4.0μm have better electrical explosion performance than those with thicker thickness than 4.0μm,udder the charging voltage of 1.3kV and 1.5kV.The thickness has remarkable influence on the burst time and sensitivity of slapper detonator.In this study,initiation power for the slapper detonator using exploding foil with 3.5μm and 4.0μm is the lowest.
