通过对影响蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis) 克隆苗根系生长的相关因素进行试验研究,结果表明,蝴蝶兰组培苗生根培养阶段的培养基基本成分、培养基附加物、植物生长调节剂、培养时间以及培养阶段的光照条件对蝴蝶兰组培苗根系生长发育均有一定的影响.以改良Hyponex基本培养基+活性炭1 g/L+蛋白胨1 g/L+椰子汁10 %+IBA 1 mg/L,在前期1000~2000 lx、后期4000~8000 lx的光照强度下培养3个月的效果最佳,发根率可达100.00 %,平均根长3.3 cm,多根率(3条根以上的小植株所占比例)为84.0 %.
通過對影響蝴蝶蘭(Phalaenopsis) 剋隆苗根繫生長的相關因素進行試驗研究,結果錶明,蝴蝶蘭組培苗生根培養階段的培養基基本成分、培養基附加物、植物生長調節劑、培養時間以及培養階段的光照條件對蝴蝶蘭組培苗根繫生長髮育均有一定的影響.以改良Hyponex基本培養基+活性炭1 g/L+蛋白胨1 g/L+椰子汁10 %+IBA 1 mg/L,在前期1000~2000 lx、後期4000~8000 lx的光照彊度下培養3箇月的效果最佳,髮根率可達100.00 %,平均根長3.3 cm,多根率(3條根以上的小植株所佔比例)為84.0 %.

The factors which affected root system growth of Phalaenopsis clone seedlings were studied. The experiment results showed: the affecting factors were the basic medium composition of rooting culture, the supplements, the plant growth regulators, the culture time and the light intensity. The best effect of the root system growth was obtained by the use of modified Hyponex basic medium supplemented with peptone 1 mg/L, 10 % coconut juice and IBA 1 mg/L, and culturing for 3 months under the light intensity of 1000-2000 lux in early days, then increased to 4000-8000 lx later period. the rooting rate was 100 %, the average root length was 3.3 cm, the rate of multiple root was 84 %.
