根据卷烟制丝生产线生产工艺的要求及传统PROFIBUS总线控制方式存在的问题,提出了一种改进型PROFIBUS现场总线技术的配比加香控制系统,详细介绍了系统的硬件配置、控制原理及主要功能的实现;实践结论表明,该控制系统有效解决了传统加香控制系统中存在的叶丝料头缺香问题,减少了系统布线,大大提高了加香机运行的可靠性和自动化水平.

According to the requirement of the technics of the thread-making line,puts forward the control system of proportionally adding perfume based on Profibus,and introduces in detail the hardware configuration and the control principle of the system and the realiza-tion of the main function.Practice shows that the control system effectively solves the problem that tobacco leaf lacks perfume which exists in the traditional control system,reduces the systematic wiring and greatly improves the reliability and automatization of the perfume-mak-ing machine.
