目的观察烧伤脓毒症患者血清Wnt5a水平变化.方法采集烧伤脓毒症患者的血清标本,采用Western blotting法检测Wnt5a水平,并比较轻、中、重度脓毒症患者血清Wnt5a水平.同期选取轻度烧伤的非脓毒症患者8例作对照.结果烧伤脓毒症患者血清Wnt5a水平高于对照者.动态观察发现,脓毒症痊愈后患者血清Wnt5a水平降低,而随着脓毒症病情恶化血清Wnt5a水平持续升高.结论 Wnt5a参与了烧伤患者炎症的发病过程,且检测Wnt5a水平可作为炎症严重程度的诊断指标.
목적 관찰소상농독증환자혈청Wnt5a수평변화.방법 채집소상농독증환자적혈청표본,채용Western blotting법검측Wnt5a수평,병비교경、중、중도농독증환자혈청Wnt5a수평.동기선취경도소상적비농독증환자8례작대조.결과 소상농독증환자혈청Wnt5a수평고우대조자.동태관찰발현,농독증전유후환자혈청Wnt5a수평강저,이수착농독증병정악화혈청Wnt5a수평지속승고.결론 Wnt5a삼여료소상환자염증적발병과정,차검측Wnt5a수평가작위염증엄중정도적진단지표.
Objective To investigation the changes of Wnt5a levels in burn patients with sepsis.Methods Serum samples were collected from patients with burn sepsis,and serum Wnt5a levels were compared by Western blotting assay between patients with mild,moderate or severe sepsis.Eight burn patients without sepsis enrolled as control.Results Wnt5a levels were higher in burn sepsis patients than in control.Serum Wnt5a levels reduced after sepsis was cured,but continuously elevated with the exacerbation of sepsis.Conclusion Wnt5a,involved in pathogenesis of inflammation in burn patients,can be used as a diagnostic index of inflammation severity.
