重庆发电厂脱硫控制系统采用Siemens公司上世纪九十年代生产的TELEPERM XP分散控制系统,其脱硫环保数据记录系统早就该升级换代,但因该系统为原装德国全套进口设备,升级换代成本非常高。为实现节能减排的目标,现对该脱硫系统进行改造,满足国家环保要求,提高电厂经济效益。

The TELEPERM XP decentralized control system designed by Siemens in 1990s is still used as the desulfurization control system in Chongqing Power Plant.The data recording system of the desulfurization and environmental protection should have been upgraded.However,the system was imported from Germany,so the upgrading cost will be extremely high.For energy conservation and emission reduction,this essay introduces the reformation of the system to meet the requirements of the national environmental protection and increase the economic efficiency of the power plant.
