研究了铜绿微囊藻通过以多刺裸腹溞为媒介生物的食物链对红鲤肝和鳃组织的影响,结果表明:1)当铜绿微囊藻密度为5.0×103 cells/mL时,红鲤肝细胞的损伤表现为细胞肿大,细胞核变形,细胞质空泡化;鳃细胞的损伤程度主要表现为细胞肿大,但整个细胞形状基本完整.2)当铜绿微囊藻密度为5.0×105 cells/mL时,红鲤肝细胞的病理损伤表现为细胞形状完全消失,细胞核严重萎缩变形,部分细胞膜溶解,细胞质有凝集现象;鳃细胞病理表现为细胞肿大.3)铜绿微囊藻密度为5.0×106 cells/mL时,红鲤肝细胞中绝大部分细胞核消失,细胞质凝集呈现颗粒状;鳃细胞也出现了小部分细胞核消失和细胞质凝集现象.
研究瞭銅綠微囊藻通過以多刺裸腹溞為媒介生物的食物鏈對紅鯉肝和鰓組織的影響,結果錶明:1)噹銅綠微囊藻密度為5.0×103 cells/mL時,紅鯉肝細胞的損傷錶現為細胞腫大,細胞覈變形,細胞質空泡化;鰓細胞的損傷程度主要錶現為細胞腫大,但整箇細胞形狀基本完整.2)噹銅綠微囊藻密度為5.0×105 cells/mL時,紅鯉肝細胞的病理損傷錶現為細胞形狀完全消失,細胞覈嚴重萎縮變形,部分細胞膜溶解,細胞質有凝集現象;鰓細胞病理錶現為細胞腫大.3)銅綠微囊藻密度為5.0×106 cells/mL時,紅鯉肝細胞中絕大部分細胞覈消失,細胞質凝集呈現顆粒狀;鰓細胞也齣現瞭小部分細胞覈消失和細胞質凝集現象.

The influence of Microcystis aeruginosa on the liver and gill tissues of Cyprinus flammans through food chain in which Moina macrocopa as vector organism was studied.The results showed:1)When the density of M.aeruginosa was 5.0×103 cells/mL,the damage of liver tissue showed that most fish hepatocyte swelled,the karyon deformed,and vacuoles appeared in cytoplasm of most fish hepatocyte;the damage of gill tissue showed that the gill cell partly swelled,but the cell shape of fish gill was almost intact.2)When the density of M.aeruginosa was 5.0×105 cells/mL,the damage of liver tissue showed that the cell shape of fish hepatocyte disappeared completely,the karyon atrophied deformed seriously,the cell membranes partly dissolved,and the cytoplasm aggregated;the gill tissue damage mainly showed that the gill cell swelled,but the cell shape was almost intact.3)When the density of M.aeruginosa was 5.0×106 cells/mL,the damage of liver tissue showed that most karyon of fish hepatocyte disappeared,and that the cytoplasm was graininess;the gill tissue damage also showed the similar situation,but not as serious as that of hepatocyte.
