According to the investigation of present situation of the illegal cases of water, water disputes in the Baiyangdian area, summaried the joint regulation mechanism in the administraiton enforcement of law, explored more efficient measures of administration enforcement, improved the water governance enforcement effect and creating harmonious and stable social environment in lake.
