目的探讨内在性子宫内膜异位症的介入治疗效果.方法采用Seldinger技术,对34例内在性子富内膜异位症患者行双侧子宫动脉栓塞术,术后观察患者月经量、痛经程度、贫血、子宫及病灶体积的变化情况.结果随访1～3年,术后月经量较术前平均减少59.1％(P＜ 0.05),痛经症状明显缓解28例(82.4％,28/34).所有贫血病例血红蛋白恢复至正常；子宫体积较术前平均缩小43.8％(P＜ 0.05),病灶明显缩小或消失.超声检查显示子宫肌层及病灶血流信号明显减少.结论内在性子富内膜异位症的介入治疗效果优良,症状改善显著.
목적 탐토내재성자궁내막이위증적개입치료효과.방법 채용Seldinger기술,대34례내재성자부내막이위증환자행쌍측자궁동맥전새술,술후관찰환자월경량、통경정도、빈혈、자궁급병조체적적변화정황.결과 수방1～3년,술후월경량교술전평균감소59.1％(P＜ 0.05),통경증상명현완해28례(82.4％,28/34).소유빈혈병례혈홍단백회복지정상；자궁체적교술전평균축소43.8％(P＜ 0.05),병조명현축소혹소실.초성검사현시자궁기층급병조혈류신호명현감소.결론 내재성자부내막이위증적개입치료효과우량,증상개선현저.
Objective To explore the curative effect in the patients with internal endometriosis by interventional therapy.Methods Using Seldinger technique,34 cases with internal endometriosis wereperformed bilateral uterine artery embolization.Observed postoperative menstrual quantity,dysmenrrhea degree,anemia and the change of the volume of uterine lesions.Results All the patients were followed up for 1-3 years,menstrual quantity average decreasd of 59.1％ P ＜ 0.05 ),the symptoms of dysmenorrhea was significantly eased in 28 cases (82.4％,28/34).All the patients of anemia haemoglobin were back to normal,volume of uterus average reduced 43.8％ P ＜ 0.05 ),lesion was obviously smaller or disappear.Ultrasonography showed myometrium and blood flow signal of lesion was was obviously reduced.Conclusion Internalendometriosis by interventional therapy can get good results,symptoms improve significantly.
