目的 探讨全身骨显像过程中影响图像质量的常见因素及其解决措施,以期获得优质的骨显像图像,更好的满足临床需求.方法 1000例肿瘤患者行99Tcm全身骨显像,对患者年龄、有无化疗病史及图像的质量进行回顾性分析.结果 1000例骨显像图像中,图像质量优良670例,患者平均年龄相对较年轻,其中有化疗病史患者160例,注射药物外漏80例,膀胱内较多放射性134例.图像质量较差330例,患者平均年龄相对较大,其中有化疗病史患者110例,注射药物外漏129例,膀胱内较多放射性100例,多有多次化疗史或和其他严重合并症.结论 患者的年龄和有无化疗病史与骨显像图像的质量密切相关,在骨显像过程中注意细节问题,可以提高骨显像图像质量.

목적 탐토전신골현상과정중영향도상질량적상견인소급기해결조시,이기획득우질적골현상도상,경호적만족림상수구.방법 1000례종류환자행99Tcm전신골현상,대환자년령、유무화료병사급도상적질량진행회고성분석.결과 1000례골현상도상중,도상질량우량670례,환자평균년령상대교년경,기중유화료병사환자160례,주사약물외루80례,방광내교다방사성134례.도상질량교차330례,환자평균년령상대교대,기중유화료병사환자110례,주사약물외루129례,방광내교다방사성100례,다유다차화료사혹화기타엄중합병증.결론 환자적년령화유무화료병사여골현상도상적질량밀절상관,재골현상과정중주의세절문제,가이제고골현상도상질량.
Objective To investigate the common factors affect the image quality and its solutions in the process of whole - body bone scan,get the high - quality image and meet clinical needs.Methods A total of 1000 patients with malignant tumor underwent 99Tcm whole - body bone scan,analysis the age of patients,history,chemotherapy and the image quality.Results Six hundred and seventy cases acquired good image,the average age of these patients was relative younger,Among them,160 cases had chemotherapy,80 cases had drug leakage and 134 cases had more radioactive in bladder; 330 cases acquired poor quality image and the average age of these patients was relative older,Among them,110 cases had chemotherapy,129 cases had drug leakage,100 cases had more radioactive in bladder;in addition,these patients had chemotherapy many times and other serious complications.Conclusions The quality of image is closely related to the patient' s age and chemotherapy,paying attention to details in the process of whole -body bone scan can improve the image quality.
