从加拿大红豆(Taxus canadensis)的扦插苗中分离出三个紫杉烷二萜化合物1~3,用一维和二维核磁共振技术鉴定它们的化合物结构,并根据HMBC实验结果修订了化合物3中H-9,H-10和C-9,C-10的化学位移的归属.这三个化合物均为首次从加拿大红豆杉中分离得到.
從加拿大紅豆(Taxus canadensis)的扢插苗中分離齣三箇紫杉烷二萜化閤物1~3,用一維和二維覈磁共振技術鑒定它們的化閤物結構,併根據HMBC實驗結果脩訂瞭化閤物3中H-9,H-10和C-9,C-10的化學位移的歸屬.這三箇化閤物均為首次從加拿大紅豆杉中分離得到.

Three taxane diterpenoids were isolated from Taxus canadensis rooted cuttings. The structures were determined to be taxuspine U (1) ,taxezopidine U (2) ,and amine salt of taxuspine H (3) on the basis of 1D- and 2D NMR spectral analysis. All of them were isolated for the first time from the Canadian yew. The original assignments of H-9,H-10and C-9 ,C-10 in taxuspine H should be exchanged according to HMBC experiment.
