为了提高染料废水的处理效果,采用电生成Fenton试剂光催化氧化系统对孔雀石绿模拟印染废水进行了降解研究,通过与无光照时的对比实验发现:光照能明显加快电生成Fenton试剂对孔雀石绿印染废水的降解脱色速率,20 min内脱色率达到98%以上,40 min内COD去除率达到80%以上,同时通过红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱等手段研究了光照与电生成Fenton试剂的协同作用,初步探讨了电生成Fenton试剂光催化降解孔雀石绿印染废水的反应机理,很好地实现了光催化与电化学氧化降解技术的联合应用.

In order to improve dye wastewater treatment efficiency,this study deals with the degradation of malachite green simulate wastewater by electro-generated Fenton reagent in a photocatalytic oxidation system.Compared with non-illumination,it was found that illumination can significantly accelerate the degradation rate of dye wastewater containing malachite green.The best removal rate of COD in 40 min and decolorization rate in 20 min were 80%and 98%,respectively.Also IR,UV-visible spectrum were used to investigate the synergy between illumination and electro-generated Fenton reagent.On the other hand,the reaction mechanism of degradation of malachite green in this system was discussed.The results show that the combination of photocatalytic and electrochemical oxidation technology achieved good results for the treatment of malachite green wastewater.
