目的探讨在拔除阻生智齿过程中采用背景音乐和抚触干预对拔除阻生智齿患者手术耐受性的积极作用.方法将60例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组在手术过程中施予抚触干预联合音乐疗法,对照组不予背景音乐及抚触,观察两组患者的情绪变化、疼痛分级及生命体征的变化.结果试验组患者手术过程中情绪稳定,疼痛耐受度高,脉搏及血压变化均低于对照组,比较对照组,观测指标均具有显著性差异.结论在拔除阻生智齿过程中,音乐背景下联合抚触干顶,可提高患者手术耐受性,促进手术的顺利进行.

Objective To study the positive effect of background music and touching in enhancing the operation tolerance of the patients with removing impacted wisdom teeth. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation and the control groups. Patients in the observation group were given the caring touches combination with background music; those in control group only were on operation. The feeling, pain and physical signs were observed in both groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had the more smooth mind, better tolerance of pain and less changing of BP and pulse. The signs of both groups were remarkably different. Conclusions The caring touches combination with background music can improve the operation tolerance and promote the smooth conduct of the operation.
