目的探讨他克莫司(FK506)在肝移植中的应用方法.方法 20例肝移植患者随机分为FK506高浓度组、FK506 中浓度组、CsA 转换为FK506组、FK506 转换为CsA组.观察各组临床表现、药物副作用和病理学变化.结果 FK506 高浓度组容易出现感染、药物性肝损害等不良表现,FK506 中浓度组虽也出现多种并发症,但易于处理.结论 FKS06是一种高效免疫抑制剂,FKS06血药中浓度是一种较理想的治疗窗.

Objective To study the application of FK506 in liver transplantation.Methods Twenty cases of liver transplantation were randomly divided into high-dose FK506 group,moderate dose FK506 group,CsA-FK506 group and FK506-CsA group.The clinical manifestation,side-effects of FK506 and pathological changes were observed in each group.Results The patients in the high-dose FK506 group were susceptible to infection and drug-induced liver injury.The patients in the moderate-dose FK506 got an excellent therapeutic effects and the complications were easy to treat.Conclusions FK506 is a high effective immunosuppressive agent and the moderate-dose protocol is a better one.
