目的观察前列腺素E1治疗难治性心律失常的有效性.方法 32例难治性心律失常患者,在原治疗基础上加用0.9%氯化钠注射液100 ml和前列腺素E1 10 mg快速静脉点滴,疗程7 d.1～2个疗程.治疗前后均行24 h动态心电图检查,观察其疗效.结果对反复发作的,经针对病因,对症及基本抗心律失常治疗无效的病例,试用前列腺素E1.治疗,取得了较满意的疗效.结论前列腺素E1治疗难治性心律失常是一种新的思路.
목적 관찰전렬선소E1치료난치성심률실상적유효성.방법 32례난치성심률실상환자,재원치료기출상가용0.9%록화납주사액100 ml화전렬선소E1 10 mg쾌속정맥점적,료정7 d.1～2개료정.치료전후균행24 h동태심전도검사,관찰기료효.결과 대반복발작적,경침대병인,대증급기본항심률실상치료무효적병례,시용전렬선소E1.치료,취득료교만의적료효.결론 전렬선소E1치료난치성심률실상시일충신적사로.
Objective To observe the effects of prostaglandin E1 on the treatment of refractory arrhythmia. Methods 32 patients diagnosed with refractory arrhythmia were recruited in the study. Besides previous treatment,0. 9% normal saline 100 ml and 10 mg of prostaglandin E1 were injected quickly for two 7-day period of treatment. Dynamic ECG was used 24 hours to examine the curative effects before and after the treatment. Results For recurrent arrhythmia cases, which cannot be cured by normal anti-arrhythmia treatments, prostaglandin E1 proved to be useful to some extent. Conclusion Using prostaglandin E1 on the treatment of refractory arrhythmia is a new method, which is worthy future studies.
