目的 探讨PPARγ和MMP-2与早孕细胞滋养细胞浸润的关系.方法 将80例早孕绒毛组织按早期和晚期分为2组,各组40例,分别将其组织采用免疫组织化学技术检测PPARγ/和MMP-2蛋白的表达.结果 PPARγ蛋白主要定位在早孕绒毛细胞滋养细胞核及绒毛外滋养细胞柱和细胞岛的细胞滋养细胞核内,MMP-2阳性颗粒主要存在绒毛细胞滋养细胞和合体细胞滋养细胞胞浆内,且早孕早期绒毛PPARγ表达量高于早孕晚期(P<0.01),而MMP-2表达量在早孕晚期高于早期(P<0.05),与PPARy呈负相关(rs=-0.74,P<0.01).结论 PPARγ在调节滋养细胞浸润过程中起重要作用,而且其作用可能是通过调节MMP-2的表达实现的.

목적 탐토PPARγ화MMP-2여조잉세포자양세포침윤적관계.방법 장80례조잉융모조직안조기화만기분위2조,각조40례,분별장기조직채용면역조직화학기술검측PPARγ/화MMP-2단백적표체.결과 PPARγ단백주요정위재조잉융모세포자양세포핵급융모외자양세포주화세포도적세포자양세포핵내,MMP-2양성과립주요존재융모세포자양세포화합체세포자양세포포장내,차조잉조기융모PPARγ표체량고우조잉만기(P<0.01),이MMP-2표체량재조잉만기고우조기(P<0.05),여PPARy정부상관(rs=-0.74,P<0.01).결론 PPARγ재조절자양세포침윤과정중기중요작용,이차기작용가능시통과조절MMP-2적표체실현적.
Objective The objectives of our current study were to investigate the relation of PPARγand MMP-2 with trophoblast invasian.Methods The expression of the protein of PPARγ and MMP-2 in trophoblast from first trimeoter pregnancy were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results PPARγ protein was primary located in the nuclei of cytotrophoblast from proximal and distal columns of the anchoring villi and villous cytotrophoblast.MMP-2 was primary located in the intracytoplasm of cytotrophoblast and syncytiocytotrophoblast.The expression of PPARγ in early first trimester was higher than that in late trimester(P<0.01),and the expression of MMP-2 in late trimester was higher than that in early first trimester(P<0.05).There is the negative correlation between PPARγ and MMP-2 (rs=-0.74,P<0.01).Conclusion PPARγ play an important role in the modulation of trophoblast invasion,the mechanism of PPARγ inhibit trophoblast invasion may be through downregulate the expression of MMP-2.
