目的有助于护理人员增强对医德问题敏感性,在具体的护理实践活动中作出合理的选择,预防矛盾的产生,优化护患关系.方法医院伦理委员会成员利用每周六上午对临床科室进行伦理查房,查房项目有:(1)落实患者知情同意权,能使用文明用语.(2)合理用药、合理检查.(3)保护患者隐私权.(4)医护人员技术操作规范、安全、创伤小.(5)医护人员的医疗质量及服务满意度.结果通过开展护理伦理查房,促进了护理人员对患者的知情同意权、隐私权等工作的落实,提高了护理工作质量和病人满意度(均P<0.01),差异有统计学意义.结论实行护理伦理查房,对提高护理工作质量,病人满意度,优化护患关系有着积极的作用.

Objective It's helpful for the nursing staff to strengthen the sensitivity of medical ethics question, nursing practical activities to make the reasonable choice in concrete, to prevent the contradictory production, to optimize relationship between nurses and patients. Methods Hospital ethics commission members made use of every Saturday morning to carry on ethics ward inspection to the clinical administrative offices, the ward inspection project include: (1) Carriy out the patient to know the circumstances of the matter the agreement power, can use the civilized words. (2) reasonably uses the medicine, reasonably inspects. (3) Protect the right of privacy for patient. (4) The medical care personnel technical operation standard, security and wound are small. (5) Medical care personnel's medical quality and service are sense of satisfaction. Results Through developing nurses ethics ward inspection, promoting the nursing staff to know the circumstances of the matter that agreement power to the patient, fight of privacy and so on, will be realized, enhancing nursing the quality of work and the patient sense of satisfaction (P<0.01), the difference had a significance for statistics. Conclusions Implementing nurses ethics ward inspection, to enhance nurses the quality of work, the patient sense of satisfaction, to optimize between nurses and patients have the positive function.
