目的探讨早产儿出院计划在新生儿病房的实施效果.方法将200例早产儿随机分为传统组与实验组,每组100例.对传统组实行传统入院宣教护理及健康指导,对实验组按照早产儿出院计划实施健康指导和护理.对两组的效果进行比较.结果与传统组比较,实验组患儿的住院时间显著缩短(P＜0.05),家属满意度以及日常护理操作熟练程度显著提高(P＜0.05),父母焦虑程度和出院后再入院率显著降低(P＜0.05).结论通过早产儿出院计划的实施可有效地促进护理人员与家属的合作,确保患儿出院后获得持续性的照顾.

Objective To explore the effect of premature discharge planning in neonatal ward.Methods Two hundred premature infants were selected and divided into traditional group and experimental group.In traditional group,100 cases were nursed by traditional education and health guidance.In experimental group,100 cases were nursed by premature discharge planning.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared to traditional group,the hospital stays of experimental group was significant shorter (P ＜ 0.05 ),the degree of satisfaction and operating proficiency were higher ( P ＜0.05 ) and the degree of anxiety and the rate of rehospitalized were lower ( P ＜0.05 ).Conclusions The implementation of premature discharge planning can promote the cooperation of nurse and dependents effectively and insure the continuous nursing on premature infants.
