目的探讨低视力患者的应对方式及其影响因素.方法应用描述性研究的方法,采用一般情况和眼部情况调查表和肖计划编制的应付方式问卷对109例低视力患者的应付方式及其影响因素进行调查.结果解决应对方式为本组研究对象最常用的应对方式,其次为求助、退避、合理、幻想和自责.预测低视力患者采用成熟或不成熟应对方式的关键因素有文化程度、居住地(城/乡)以及家庭关系等.结论低视力患者采用了多种应对方式和应对策略,护理人员应重视评估病人应对方式和应对策略的应用情况,根据病人的特点,指导和帮助病人采用积极的应对方式,有效的缓解压力.

Objective To explore both the coping mode and its affecting factors of patients with visual impairment.Methods A total of 109 case of visual impairmem patients were investigated on their reply mode and its affecting factors by adopting Coping Mode Scale and Basic-ophthalmological information questionnaires.Results Solving the problem Was the most applied coping mode in the subjects ofthis group.Other coping mode in ordedy were asking for help;retreating,rational,ation;imagination and self-abusing.Factors such as education,the place forliving and relationship amongfamily could affect patients'coping mode.Conclusion The pafients with visual impairments applied various kinds of coping modes.Nursing staff should pay more attention to evaluating the applying modes 0f patients.Based on patients' characteristics,they should provide guidance and help for patients to adopt mature coping mode and to relieve their pressures.
