采用双氧水为氧化剂,CuSO4等为催化剂,玉米原淀粉为原料,制备了玉米H2O2氧化淀粉,并分析比较了双氧水在有催化剂和无催化剂条件下的氧化程度,对所制备氧化淀粉的性能进行测定和分析。结果显示,以CuSO4为催化剂、中性条件下H2O2的催化作用最强,其制得的玉米氧化淀粉羧基含量为0.45%,透光率高为82%,产品两周内不凝沉。
採用雙氧水為氧化劑,CuSO4等為催化劑,玉米原澱粉為原料,製備瞭玉米H2O2氧化澱粉,併分析比較瞭雙氧水在有催化劑和無催化劑條件下的氧化程度,對所製備氧化澱粉的性能進行測定和分析。結果顯示,以CuSO4為催化劑、中性條件下H2O2的催化作用最彊,其製得的玉米氧化澱粉羧基含量為0.45%,透光率高為82%,產品兩週內不凝沉。

The oxidized starch has been prepared from cornstarch with H2O2 as oxidant and CuSO4,FeSO4 as catalysts,and a detailed characterization has been performed for the productions.As a further analysis,the level of oxidation of oxidized starch with or without catalysts was compared.The results showed that the catalytic effect of CuSO4 on H2O2 in neutral condition was the best,the content of carboxyl group and the transmission ratio in the resulted oxidized starch was 0.45 % and 82 % respectively,and there was no clear retrogradation within two weeks.
