通过结合气象行业标准《树木年轮气候研究树轮采样规范》（QX/T 90＆2008）和DENDRO 2003树轮密度分析系统的多年使用经验,将树木年轮密度资料采集与应用划分为树轮样本采集、样本处理、数据获取、数据交叉定年、树轮密度年表研制气候响应与气候重建6个步骤。通过对密度资料采集过程中各个步骤的讨论,希望可以为将来制订规范的树轮密度资料采集技术方法提供参考。

According to the meteorological industry standard（QX/T 90-2008） and the experience of using tree-ring density DENDRO 2003 workstation,this paper represent tree-ring density data acquisition methods for climate analysis. The tree-ring density data acquisition is divided into 5 steps：tree-ring sample collection,sample processing, data acquisition,data cross-dating,tree-ring density chronology development.The problems of tree-ring density data acquisition were also discussed. The method was hoped to give reference for further improvement of tree-ring density study of China.
