“阳光体育”语境下学生体质下降成为备受关注的问题,在定向越野课程教学的过程中,应从身体运动智能、人际关系智能、自我认知智能、空间智能、音乐智能、语言智能、逻辑数学智能等方面入手,来指导定向越野课程教学的改革,不仅可以不断提高教学效果,而且还可以推动传统体育教学模式的改变。

The decline of student' s physical fitness draws much attention under the context of sunlight sports. During the orienteering teaching, we should focus on physical exercise intelligence, interpersonal relation intelligence, selfawareness intelligence, spatial intelligence, musical intelligence, linguistic intelligence, logical - mathematical intelligence in a bid to guide the reform of teaching orienteering. It not only can improve teaching effectiveness, but also can promote change in the mode of traditional physical education.
