本文介绍了在当前高中新课程改革的驱动下,应用现代教育技术加强教师素质建设的几个特点,主要从两个方面阐述了现代教育技术是如何在教师培训中加以开展的过程：一是更新教育教学理念,增强教师信息素养;二是通过培训与实践,提高教师综合素质。
本文介紹瞭在噹前高中新課程改革的驅動下,應用現代教育技術加彊教師素質建設的幾箇特點,主要從兩箇方麵闡述瞭現代教育技術是如何在教師培訓中加以開展的過程：一是更新教育教學理唸,增彊教師信息素養;二是通過培訓與實踐,提高教師綜閤素質。

Driven by the reform of current new curriculum of high school This thesis applys several characteristics existing in modern education technology to strengthen the quality construction of teachers, main from two aspects to state how the modern education technology carry out in teacher training process：one is to update the education teaching ideas, strengthen Teacher＇s Information Literacy; another is to improve the teachers＇ comprehensive quality through the training and practice.
