以舰艇海上执行任务时装备发生故障后换件修理为背景,采用Monte-Carlo仿真方法,对未配置随船修理设备和配置随船修理设备两种情况的随船备件数量进行仿真分析,结果显示配置随船修理设备不仅可以降低随船备件数量,而且可以降低任务时间和任务要求的备件保障度对随船备件数量的需求。
以艦艇海上執行任務時裝備髮生故障後換件脩理為揹景,採用Monte-Carlo倣真方法,對未配置隨船脩理設備和配置隨船脩理設備兩種情況的隨船備件數量進行倣真分析,結果顯示配置隨船脩理設備不僅可以降低隨船備件數量,而且可以降低任務時間和任務要求的備件保障度對隨船備件數量的需求。

Considering the case that warship equipment failures are disposed with spare parts replacing on the sea,Monte-Carlo simulations are used in warship spare part calculations with and without spare parts maintenance equipments.The simulation results show that,with spare parts maintenance equipments used,not only the spare part number are decreased.The effects of mission time and mission spare parts self-sufficiency rate to spare parts number can also be reduced.
