在盐法破壁的基础上,添加质壁分离剂。当酵母浓度为10%、氯化钠浓度为5%时,添加5 mL乙酸乙酯,并在100℃下抽提2 h,可以增加核酸的提取率和纯度,使得提取率达到60%。
在鹽法破壁的基礎上,添加質壁分離劑。噹酵母濃度為10%、氯化鈉濃度為5%時,添加5 mL乙痠乙酯,併在100℃下抽提2 h,可以增加覈痠的提取率和純度,使得提取率達到60%。
재염법파벽적기출상,첨가질벽분리제。당효모농도위10%、록화납농도위5%시,첨가5 mL을산을지,병재100℃하추제2 h,가이증가핵산적제취솔화순도,사득제취솔체도60%。
The plasmolyticum was added based on the salination.When the concentration of the yeast was 10% and salini- ty was 5 % ,5 mL ethyl acetate was added, the yeast was heated for 2 h at 100 ℃.In this way, the yield and the purity of nucleic acid could be increased and the yield could reach about 60 %.
