建立了一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定混剂中三唑磷和阿维菌素含量的方法。本文采用Eclipse XDB C18不锈钢柱,以甲醇、乙腈和水为流动相,使用梯度洗脱程序,在245 nm波长下,同时分离测定三唑磷.阿维菌素10.5%微囊悬浮剂中的有效成分。结果表明,三唑磷和阿维菌素的线性相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9997;标准偏差分别为0.029、0.060;变异系数分别为0.36%、2.37%;平均回收率分别为99.59%、99.83%。

A method for the separation and determination of Triazophos·Abamectin 10.5% CS by HPLC was described using methanol,acetonitrile and water as mobile phase with gradient program,Eclipse XDB C18 column and DAD at 245 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coeficients for Triazophos and Abamectin were 0.9999 and 0.9997,the standard deviations were 0.029 and 0.060,the variation coeffients were 0.36% and 2.37%,and the average recovery was 99.59% and 99.83%,respectively.
