The design of NandFlash controller which is based on AMBA APB bus protocol is introduced. The feature of NandFlash is presented simply followed by the detailed introduction of system architecture and the exact function including intemal data path of the controller. The design with Modelsim is simulated and verified with FPGA board. The test result shows that the design can satisfy the timing requirement of Nandflash.
