目的:对多层螺旋CT电离辐射进行评价,提出合理化防护措施建议,保障各类人员的健康与安全。方法:采用相关的放射卫生规范规定的方法,对多层螺旋CT电离辐射的特性、剂量、危害等进行总结归纳。结果:在人类接受到的电离辐射中,医疗辐射占48%,而CT的辐射剂量占所有医疗辐射的49%,CT辐射致癌的可能性比以往认为的可能性更大。结论:通过各种安全防护功能和扫描模式降低辐射剂量,重视合理化防护措施,同时更重视过量使用CT的风险。

목적:대다층라선CT전리복사진행평개,제출합이화방호조시건의,보장각류인원적건강여안전。방법:채용상관적방사위생규범규정적방법,대다층라선CT전리복사적특성、제량、위해등진행총결귀납。결과:재인류접수도적전리복사중,의료복사점48%,이CT적복사제량점소유의료복사적49%,CT복사치암적가능성비이왕인위적가능성경대。결론:통과각충안전방호공능화소묘모식강저복사제량,중시합이화방호조시,동시경중시과량사용CT적풍험。
Objective:To evaluate the MDCT ionizing radiation, this paper puts forward Suggestions on legitimated protection, the protection of health and safety. Methods:Using the related regulations of radiological methods, this paper summarizes MDCT ionizing radiation characteristics, the dose, and the damage to human body. Results:48 percent ionizing radiation received by human being is medical radiation, and dosage of computed tomography (CT) take up to 49 percent of all medical radiation,It is believed currently that CT radiation increases the possibility of cancer. Conclusion:First of all, through the various functions and scanning mode to reduce the radiation dose, and then pay attention to justify protection. Last but not the least, the more importance should be attached to the risk of excessive use of CT.
