以紫玉米穗轴为原料,采用热水浸提、直接酸解法、超声波和微波辅助提取紫玉米穗轴中花青素。结果表明,热水浸提、直接酸解、超声波和微波辅助提取玉米花青素得率分别为7.85%、12.11%、18.42%、16.78%。与传统热水浸提法相比较,采用超声波和微波辅助提取玉米花青素具有安全、节能、快速、得率高等优点。’

Purple maize cob as raw material, anthocyan was extracted by hot water extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction. Results showed that optimized hot water extraction, direct acid hydrolysis method, ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction gave anthocyan yields of 7.85 %, 12.11%, 18.42% and 16.78 %, respectively. Compared with conventional hot water extraction, other 2 methods had the benefits of safety, saving energy, rapidity, high productivity, and so on.
