介绍了世博会期间上海市黄浦区餐饮业食品安全监管面临的基本情况，以及网格化监管、错时执法、集约作业、动态分类监管、预警监管等一系列做法和工作成效，并针对世博后餐饮业食品安全存在的N,N，提出了加强小餐饮监管、治理无证和超范围经营、引导餐饮行业自律等措施。
介紹瞭世博會期間上海市黃浦區餐飲業食品安全鑑管麵臨的基本情況，以及網格化鑑管、錯時執法、集約作業、動態分類鑑管、預警鑑管等一繫列做法和工作成效，併針對世博後餐飲業食品安全存在的N,N，提齣瞭加彊小餐飲鑑管、治理無證和超範圍經營、引導餐飲行業自律等措施。
개소료세박회기간상해시황포구찬음업식품안전감관면림적기본정황，이급망격화감관、착시집법、집약작업、동태분류감관、예경감관등일계렬주법화공작성효，병침대세박후찬음업식품안전존재적N,N，제출료가강소찬음감관、치리무증화초범위경영、인도찬음행업자률등조시。
This article presented the basic situation of food safety supervision of catering industry facing in Huangpu District in Shanghai during the World Expo and introduced a series of practice about grid control, rotation of execution, intensive operations, dynamic classifying regulation, and early warning monitoring and their effectiveness. To solve the problems the food safety of catering industry facing after the World Expo, measures about strengthening the supervision of small restaurants, inhibiting the market without license or beyond the scope of business, guiding self-regulation, ect were proposed.
