蜂花粉经微波消解完全后,通过ICP—OES测定其多种微量元素的含量。实验得出:蜂花粉中含有丰富的微量元素,平均含量以钙、铁、镁居多,分别为1118.11mg/kg、782.135mg/kg、82.351mg/kg。其他被检测的微量元素均有一定的含量,且均在人体健康适用范围之内,而有毒害性的元素铅、镉含量极微。由此可见,蜂花粉因其含量丰富的微量元素而具有极高的营养价值。
蜂花粉經微波消解完全後,通過ICP—OES測定其多種微量元素的含量。實驗得齣:蜂花粉中含有豐富的微量元素,平均含量以鈣、鐵、鎂居多,分彆為1118.11mg/kg、782.135mg/kg、82.351mg/kg。其他被檢測的微量元素均有一定的含量,且均在人體健康適用範圍之內,而有毒害性的元素鉛、鎘含量極微。由此可見,蜂花粉因其含量豐富的微量元素而具有極高的營養價值。
봉화분경미파소해완전후,통과ICP—OES측정기다충미량원소적함량。실험득출:봉화분중함유봉부적미량원소,평균함량이개、철、미거다,분별위1118.11mg/kg、782.135mg/kg、82.351mg/kg。기타피검측적미량원소균유일정적함량,차균재인체건강괄용범위지내,이유독해성적원소연、력함량겁미。유차가견,봉화분인기함량봉부적미량원소이구유겁고적영양개치。
The bee pollen has been dissolved by microwave digestion and the content of microelement in several microelements have been tested by ICP-OES.The result showed that the bee pollen has a plenty of microelements. including highly content to Ca, Mg, Fe, the separatly average content were 11 8.11 mg/kg 782.135 mg/kg 82.351 mg/kg. All of the other microelements also be measured have certain content, and they are all in the human body health content limits, and the poisonous elements of Pb and Cd have extremely low content. Thus, we can concluded that the bee pollen has a very high nutritional value for its rich content of microelements.
