人类大脑中存在认知、习得和使用语言机制，这种机制具有先天性、发展性和创造性。人脑中的语言系统是典型的语块聚合。在语言习得过程中，各个系统、语块既有领域的特殊性和相对稳定的神经回路，又互通互联、环环相扣、动感谐振，是复杂程度极高的、近乎可分解的动态过程。二语的认知、理解、习得是语言在大脑中的推理、加工活动，同时也是意义的表征过程和认知模块相互作用的心理过程。

Language acquisition mechanism in human brain is connate, evolutive and creative. The language system in human brain is a kind of modular union. In the process of language acquisition, each system and module is unique and belongs to a relatively stable neural circuit. However they are also closely connected with each other, and the network and resonance of modules works greatly and shows a dynamic pattern with complexity and factorability. Second language acquisition is the reasoning and processing of language in human brain, the process of meaning representation as well as the psychological course of the interaction between cognitive modules.
