在汉语国际推广的大背景下,汉语国际推广基地为了特色发展和可持续发展,与国内知名高校联合培养对外汉语专业人才是一个明智的选择。以汉语国际推广少林武术基地与华北水利水电学院联合办学为例,对汉语国际推广基地联合培养人才的必要性和人才联合培养模式进行了整体性分析,归纳了目前人才联合培养模式存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。

Under the background of international promotion of Chinese language,the Bases,for the characteristic development and the sustainable development,take the initiative in uniting with the domestic well-known universities to co-educate professionals,which is a sensible choice.This article,taking the joint development between the Shaolin Wushu Base and North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power as an example,first analyzed the necessity of the talents＇ joint training pattern,then conducted an overall evaluation,finally summed up the problems existing in the pattern and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
