对传统的化学镀银工艺进行了改进,化学镀银层质量与、镀膜温度、还原剂的加入方式以及膜面积与镀液加液量之比有着密切的关系。实验结果表明控制镀膜温度(20℃以下),采用间歇式加入N2H4的方式并且增大膜面积与镀液加液量之比,这样容易控制反应速度,不易使银沉积在镀槽壁上,有利于获得厚度均匀平整、有光泽、附着力强的银/陶瓷复合膜。
對傳統的化學鍍銀工藝進行瞭改進,化學鍍銀層質量與、鍍膜溫度、還原劑的加入方式以及膜麵積與鍍液加液量之比有著密切的關繫。實驗結果錶明控製鍍膜溫度(20℃以下),採用間歇式加入N2H4的方式併且增大膜麵積與鍍液加液量之比,這樣容易控製反應速度,不易使銀沉積在鍍槽壁上,有利于穫得厚度均勻平整、有光澤、附著力彊的銀/陶瓷複閤膜。

In the work,the traditional electroless plating was improved and silver/ceramic composite membrane was fabricated.Plating quality has close relation with plating temperature,addition modes of reducing agents,the ratio between membrane area and bath amount,and so on.In the work,bright-homogeneous silver/ceramic composite membrane was prepared by keeping lower temperature.Besides,batch type addition of N2H4 and increasing the ratio between membrane area and bath amount were employed.Under above conditions,reaction rate was well controlled to avoid silver deposition on the tank.
