故障快速复电是提高城市电网安全稳定运行和优质服务水平的有效手段,是智能配电网建设的重要应用。文中分析了lOkV配电线路故障现状,针对故障频次较高的架空线路和架空电缆混合线路如何实现快速复电,阐述了知停电、少停电和防停电的线路自愈模式建设思路,围绕主干线、分支线和用户线故障就地智能处理,对馈线自动化智能设备的选型、布点进行了总结与思考。最后通过工程实践验证了就地智能自愈模式在城市电网故障快速复电建设中的可行性。

The technology of Rapid restoration Urban Power Network failure is an effective method to improve the security and stability of urban power network and enhance the service level, which will be important applications of the intelligent power grid. This paper analyzes the status of 10kV distribution network failure first and then proposes self-healing mode construction ideas of knowing-power outage, decreasing-power outage and avoiding-power outage according to how to deal with higher frequency of failure for the overhead lines and overhead cables mixed lines. It puts forward the failure local processing of the main lines, branch lines and user lines, model and layout of Feeder automation intelligent equipment. At last, It is demonstrated that the self-healing mode is feasible through projects.
