探讨了不同配方、不同压制方式和不同隔网烤制方式下,355mm大切片的静不平衡和平面度。试验结果表明:355mm大切片的静不平衡影响因素比较单一;而平面度受到多方面因素的影响。比较而言,采用以46目磨料为主体原料的细粒度配方,四片一压的压制方式和特氟龙烤制方式下,大切片平面度有所改善。

The static imbalance and flatness of 355mm abrasive cutting wheels of different formulas made in different pressing and baking ways were investigated. The experimental results have shown that the imbalance is caused by certain single reason while the flatness is affected by multiple factors. Comparatively, the flatness can be improved by using materials of finer granularity in combination with pressing in four sheet sets and baking with the help of Teflon material.
