通过计算乌鲁木齐市2001-2009年煤炭燃烧CO2排放量,对CO2排放现状及主要城区重点工业污染源企业煤炭消费的CO2排放进行时空分析。结果表明:(1)2001年以来,乌市煤炭在能源消费总量中所占的比重变化不大,占较高比例。(2)煤炭燃烧的CO2排放量逐年增加,年均增长率为10.84%;主要城区CO2的分布变化明显,天山区和头屯河区一直是CO2排放量高值区,鸟鲁木齐县最低。结合乌市CO2排放现状及面临问题,提出减排对策,从而为健全乌市温室气体减排机制提供有力支撑。
通過計算烏魯木齊市2001-2009年煤炭燃燒CO2排放量,對CO2排放現狀及主要城區重點工業汙染源企業煤炭消費的CO2排放進行時空分析。結果錶明:(1)2001年以來,烏市煤炭在能源消費總量中所佔的比重變化不大,佔較高比例。(2)煤炭燃燒的CO2排放量逐年增加,年均增長率為10.84%;主要城區CO2的分佈變化明顯,天山區和頭屯河區一直是CO2排放量高值區,鳥魯木齊縣最低。結閤烏市CO2排放現狀及麵臨問題,提齣減排對策,從而為健全烏市溫室氣體減排機製提供有力支撐。
통과계산오로목제시2001-2009년매탄연소CO2배방량,대CO2배방현상급주요성구중점공업오염원기업매탄소비적CO2배방진행시공분석。결과표명:(1)2001년이래,오시매탄재능원소비총량중소점적비중변화불대,점교고비례。(2)매탄연소적CO2배방량축년증가,년균증장솔위10.84%;주요성구CO2적분포변화명현,천산구화두둔하구일직시CO2배방량고치구,조로목제현최저。결합오시CO2배방현상급면림문제,제출감배대책,종이위건전오시온실기체감배궤제제공유력지탱。
Through calculating CO2 emission from coal consumption in Urumqi during 2001-2009, this study conducted time and space analysis on present status of CO2 emission and CO2 emission from key industrial pollution enterprises in major urban areas. The results showed that: 1. The proportion of coal consumption in total energy consumption has little changed since 2001 and still has high proportion; 2. The CO2 emission from coal combustion increased year by year and the average annual growth rate was 10.84%; In addition, the distribution of CO2 in major urban areas changed significantly, The emission of CO2 from Tianshan district and Toutunhe district were high, while Urumqi county was the minimum. Combined with the current situation in Urumqi, some suggestions are put forward on how to improve the mechanism of reducing greenhouse gas emissions in Urumqi.
