合作探究式教学模式是基于“合作学习”理念提出的适应中国法学高等教育国情的课堂授课形式。有两个必要性:一是实现学生从中学的应试教育向大学的创新教育转变的重要途径,二是促进学生宪法课程新知识建构的手段。具有三个积极意义:有利于传统教学模式和合作学习教学模式两个优势的发挥,促进学生综合能力的提升,激发学生学习兴趣。该概念实施包括教学内容的选择和教学流程两个要点。保证课外合作学习质量的关键点有四个:合理分组、优势互补是基础,调动积极性是关键,适当指导是保证,科学评价是动力。
閤作探究式教學模式是基于“閤作學習”理唸提齣的適應中國法學高等教育國情的課堂授課形式。有兩箇必要性:一是實現學生從中學的應試教育嚮大學的創新教育轉變的重要途徑,二是促進學生憲法課程新知識建構的手段。具有三箇積極意義:有利于傳統教學模式和閤作學習教學模式兩箇優勢的髮揮,促進學生綜閤能力的提升,激髮學生學習興趣。該概唸實施包括教學內容的選擇和教學流程兩箇要點。保證課外閤作學習質量的關鍵點有四箇:閤理分組、優勢互補是基礎,調動積極性是關鍵,適噹指導是保證,科學評價是動力。

The teaching mode of cooperative exploration and research comes from the concept of cooperative study. This concept points out the suitable teaching mode for Chinese higher education law according to the real situation. Firstly, it is an important path to help students changing mind from Exam-oriented education in high school to creative education in university. Secondly, it is a method to promote students to learn well the constitution aw. What's more, there are three positive aspects. At first, it is in favour of carrying forward the advantages both traditional teaching style and cooperative study style. In addition, it enhances the comprehensive ability of students. Thirdly, it provokes the activity of study of students. The key points to realize the concept including the selection of teaching content and teaching process. In order to ensure extracurricular learning quality of the cooperative study, we have to ensure four points: reasonable groups devision, complementation as the basis, provoking activity as the key teaching means, proper instruction and scientific assessment.
