This paper aims to evaluate water quality of the secondary river in Three Gorges Reservoir. Take example by Linjiang River, it analyzes the main factors causing water quality deterioration of the Linjiang River and selects water quality indexes. Then establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics theory. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to assess the water quality of Linjiang River. The result is all five sections belong to the class-V water quality and the water pollution is very serious. This paper also puts forward some policy suggestions.
