在金融综合化和国际化趋势下,金融控股集团已成为国际大型商业银行的主导组织管理模式。我国商业银行也正在开展组建金融控股集团的实践,呈现多种组织管理模式并存的特征。为提升组织效能,本文从商业银行组织变革机理的理论研究如手,借鉴国内外商业银行集团组织管理的经验,对工商银行集团管理体制与机制变革提出策略建议。

On the integrative and international trend,financial stock-holding groups have become the main organizing management mode for many international commercial banks.Our commercial banks are trying to set up financial stock-holding groups also,and many different kinds of organizing management mode will exist together.In order to improve organizing efficiency,this artical gives some suggestions for our commercial bank＇s management mechanism revolution.
