河南省地处中部其降雨主要集中在7—9月份，雨季的到来给建筑施工带来不少麻烦，其中对混凝土浇筑产生的影响尤为明显，而此时正值施工的黄金季节，如何做到最大限度的降低多雨季节对施工的影响，是每一个项目管理者必须面对和解决的一个主要-问题。做好雨季施工的管理工作，加强对混凝土雨季施工的质量控制，不仅能保证工程的进度，还能有效地保证混凝土的质量。本文对雨季混凝土施工中的不利因素进行了分析，并提出来相应的质量控制措施。
