Engineering contract is an important means for the management of construction enterprises and also an important basis for project cost basis, therefore, it is of great importance for construction enterprises to strengthen the management of engineering contract. Based on the analysis on problems in the management of building operation contract in recent years, this paper puts forward some measures and advices to strengthen the supervision of engineering contract and protect the legal interest of enterprises.
